Our 100 % Wholewheat is milled from our own heritage grains and is ideal for hand made loaves. Through the natural high Gluten content this flour produces a remarkably “light” wholemeal loaf. It rises extremely well and keeps its structure. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3 kg bags and you can find recepies on the side of the bag.
