STORAGE: Please store all grains and flour cool, away from heat and sunlight. Once opened keep the bags tightly folded up.

NB Our grain goes through a rigorous cleaning process, however we cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of other seeds which are natural in the organic farming process. The heirloom varieties like Einkorn and Emmer have currently small black seeds in them which are difficult to remove. Those are vetch seeds – very important for improving fertility in the organic system and completely fine for human consumption.
