Our Farmhouse flour is a great “all rounder” for bread, cakes, pastries and most home baking. We remove about 20 % of bran from our classic wholemeal to give an easier baking experience. We pack this flour in 1.5 and 3 kg bags and you can find recepies on the side of the bag.
My tip: Our Farmhouse makes yummy and healthy Muffins. Replace the amount of white flour in your recipe with our Farmhouse and add a teaspoon of baking powder per 250 g flour.
