Our Pizza and Ciabatta flour is double milled and gives therefore a great stretch to all your Italian bakes.

A unique fine white for making Italian breads like Ciabatta and Pizza bases. Suitable for the bread machine and all ovens this flour rises very well and produces when baked a lovely yellow colour with a good crust. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3 kg bags and you can find a fantastic recipe for Ciabatta by Andrew Whitley on the side of the bag.

My tip: Why not make your own Shortbread with our Pizza & Ciabatta flour. The semolina rich flour will make your biscuits extremely crumbly. Find the instructions on the recipe page.
