Our Unbleached White is milled from our own heritage grains and is ideal for artisan breads made with sourdough or yeast. It rises well and produces when baked a lovely creamy colour with a light crust. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3 kg bags and you can find many recipes on our website.
