Our Unbleached White is milled from the finest UK grown organic grains, and is ideal for artisan breads made with sourdough or yeast. It rises well and produces when baked, a lovely creamy colour with a light crust. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3kg bags and you can find many recipes on our website.

Our tip: try our unbleached White for your best Sunday Yorkshire Puddings. The batter rises extremely well! Make sure they don’t burn when they touch the top of your oven! Find the instructions on the recipe page.
