Our 100 % Wholewheat is milled from the finest UK organic grains, and is ideal for hand made loaves. Through the natural high Gluten content, this flour produces a remarkably “light” wholemeal loaf. It rises extremely well and keeps its structure. We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3kg bags and you can find recipes on the side of the bag.

Our tip: try our 100 % Wholewheat for a delicious Apple & Walnut Cake. A wonderful moist cake that keeps well. Find the instructions on the recipe page.
