Organic Pizza & Ciabatta Strong White Flour
A unique fine white for making Italian breads like Ciabatta and Pizza bases – our “whitest flour”. Suitable for the bread machine and all ovens this flour rises very well and produces when baked a lovely yellow colour with a good crust. It’s the chef’s choice for making fresh pasta. Add our Semolina for extra texture and the “crunch” when it comes to making homemade Pizza.
We pack our best-seller in 1.5 and 3 kg bags and you can find a fantastic recipe for Ciabatta by Andrew Whitley on the side of the bag.
