Organic Stoneground Semolina
Great for adding texture to Pizza and Italian Breads and for fresh or dry pasta production. You can of add it to your Shortbread recipe instead of rice flour – Mary Berry swears by it.
Note: this is not Semola di Grano Duro flour!
