Gilchesters Organic Wheat Grains are full of fibre, protein, iron, calcium, potassium, vitamins B & E. The gluten content of our wheat makes it ideal for making bread. Gilchesters grains are suitable for home millers and vegans, for those who want to get the highest nutrition from their food.

Storage

Please store all grains and flour cool, away from heat and sunlight. Once opened keep the bags tightly folded up.

NB Our grain goes through a rigorous cleaning process, however we cannot guarantee that there will not be traces of other seeds which are natural in the organic farming process.
